My trip to @themarvinbrand training facility and window factory in Warroad, Minnesota came to an end yesterday afternoon and I came back to Missouri. I’m back where I come from, but I can’t tell you how “at home” I felt the entire trip. There wasn’t one frowning face or rude person - everyone was extremely kind, friendly and glad to have us come see their proud community and what they have created there. .
@boone_county_millwork has sold Marvin doors and windows for years, has had an excellent relationship with them, and due to this, Frank Marvin himself came and visited us for lunch on our final day - I can’t tell you how much of a treat that was. Just hearing him talk to us for that short time was incredibly inspiring, and hearing how thankful he was that we, as craftsmen, understand what sets their product apart from others let us know how we’re all in this together. We got to visit with Bob Marvin over at The Shed the night before, and I’d say I did alright meeting two members of the family on my first trip up! Definitely a top highlight of an already amazing experience. .
I am grateful to Marvin, Boone County Millwork and Alpine Builders for allowing me to be a part of the experience and look forward to a continuing relationship with all involved in the future. Extremely satisfying trip!
