...some fear the FIRE - some simply become it
At the moment I get a lot of messages about „being motivated“ to go to the #gym and I totally understand you BUT don’t think too much about it and JUST DO IT !!!
I also have those weak days so I thought this could help:
1. You will feel amazing and fresh afterwards.
2. It will wake you up - more than a triple shot of espresso or GIGANTIC Red Bull ;)
3. It’s the best way to feel energized, happier and inspired.
4. Even a short 20 minute workout is fine - any workout is better than sitting on the couch and watching unnecessary stuff on TV.
5. And it’s for real, you don’t get a great #butt just by sitting on yours
6. Your body is #craving it and wants to be put to work! He’s made for that!
7. You will sleep soooooo much better tonight
8. WHAT WOULD @therock DO??? He’d go workout #focus
...because life is just a little bit more alive after stepping outside your comfort zone - so GO AND WORKOUT
