Kick fear to the curb. It isn’t serving you and it’s holding you back. You won’t get everything right. You might get everything wrong, but you’ll learn and grow. Far too often we hold ourselves back because we’re scared of messing up or doing something wrong, but we’re missing out on so much when we do that.
So, as an assignment for this week: **Make a goal to try something you’ve been scared of starting.**
It could be sitting down to write, taking a new class at your gym, starting that furniture refinishing project you’ve had on the back burner, breaking open a cookbook - whatever it is, go all in. Give yourself a chance. Let go of the fear and make a mistake or two or fifteen. Most importantly, allow yourself to have fun in the process.
