Another #movember day means another chance for us to spotlight another form of exercise as we continue our quest to fill the month with a new activity each day! In doing so, we want men to know there are plenty of options out there to stay #active and keep #healthy in mind and body.

It’s another great option for people looking to mix up or complement their usual exercise routine, or those that are looking to start somewhere and keen to give anything a go. There are various forms of yoga to suit each person’s level and injury history etc, so good to talk to your local instructor and find out what would suit you best. It may just be for you! #namaste 🙏
