The airbike. I HATE that machine so much but because of that it means I need do it more. I used to hate rowing but I love it now. Not sure I'll ever love the airbike but we have to work our weaknesses.
What's your weakness?
First push press after a week with lower weight and being really careful with my rib. Tension in my muscle is fading and so is the pain - hopefully, being my osteopath today will resolve the problem and I can get back to my usual routine soon.

Happy #humpday y’all! Double hump for double #wod Rest day didn’t go as planned... caaaause I didn’t rest. When your mind is racing and body is out of whack - the only thing that actually fixes things is a solid ass whooping workout and a good @romwod session. And today was just that.
10min #emom : 5 #wallballs 20lb + 5 #ballslams 20lb. Then 70 #pushups FT - my new PR! At 5:45 Legit AF reps no knees, snaking or any of that! Finished with a 15min #amrap#metcon : 200m #farmercarry (35lb KBs) + 21 Russian #kettlebellswings (35lb) + 12 #kettlebellclean (35lb). RXed and completed 4 + 100m carry. Grip was a goner at the end! At 4:30 @meganglick and I did a full #romwod sesh - 51mins of pain but it felt so good! #rebound is everything though!!!! #stretchystretch#romwodandchill ——————————————
Side note: I’m learning new things about myself every day. I used to have this lame excuse that lack of a team or a partner to workout with was the reason why I stopped going to the gym. While I still push harder when I have the right people around me (my coach and I had a long chat about it).... I am noticing more and more that no matter the circumstances - I go to my breaking point and try to push through it (sometimes I fail miserably and sometimes cool shit happens).... When nobody’s looking - that’s when it counts... that’s when the improvements happen. A tough one but a good one. One thing I love about my #crossfitfamily is that though I was the last to finish, a couple of the guys finished out my last 10 pull-ups beside me for encouragement. .

I love fasted training, I find it brilliant for burning fat but it does take some getting used it.
When you first start don't expect to hit your usual number but after a few weeks your body will adapt and you'll get used to fasted training and reap the benefits.
After a week of vacation, with travel and a summer cold all thrown in, jumping back in to a CompTrain program these last two days has really kicked my butt. Two good blood blisters, a regular blister ripped, and a whopping huge bruise on my thigh. Times have been high and reps low. On a good note I did get an 8min EMOM of 2x275 on my deadlift today.
Still have so much to learn, and even more areas to strengthen and master, but one day at a time. Slowly making progress. Getting on the meal prep this week too. #crossfitislife#crossfit#gymwounds#bloodblisters#gymgrip#cleanbruises#crossfitfamily#crossfitnatomas
As a coach it is so rewarding to watch your athletes cheering on others. At Crossfit Jtown it is a common occurrence. Both the 4&5 o’clock class gathered around to cheer on others. No one ever finishes a workout alone! #crossfitjown#cfjtown#crossfitfamily

Bottom left: Retirement of @crossfitgames had me sipping more wine than previous years and I fell into a little fitness funk. I participated in a Nutrition Challenge at the gym I own @CrossFitOmaha to get me back on the right track.
