Thanks to @Olay for letting me share my career advice and passion for fitness.
If you are the only woman in your field or industry -- always be yourself. If you want to be extremely feminine- go ahead. If you want to try and be one of the guys-go ahead. Just make sure you always represent who exactly you want to be. I lift and love being in the gym, so I end up connecting with people who share my passion.
Have situational awareness:
As a strong woman, doctor and fitness enthusiast, my actions not only affect my reputation but lay the groundwork for my future. My advice to you -- When you are a rare find, people remember your actions and your reputation the most. Ask yourself, ‘What legacy do I want to leave when I move on from this career?’ _____________________
Support each other:
If you are lucky enough to surround yourself with fearless females, support the hell out of each other! Don’t be exclusive, but recognize the worst critics of women are usually other women. My best friends in the @usnavy, in medical school and as an athlete have always been other strong women.

Ansiedade, adrenalina, coração acelerado e muitas outras sensações é sentimentos é a que sentimos quando entramos na arena para competir.
Esse é só pouco do que rolou ontem, no DP Games 4 na @crossfitdpmaua.
