Feeling really low energy today. Its normal for a human to feel low sometimes and its totally okay! But whats not ok is that my energy level and mood has a great impact on Aaravs energy and mood. He is completely upset and not interested in anything else and has become super clingy today. And that creepy #momguilt creeps in and makes it more hard to accept the fact that its ok to feel low.
But a few things that have really helped me deal with these kinds of days are
1. Talking to my husband about it. I dont sugarcoat what I feel like to Praveen. I will be honest about my feelings and it definitely has helped me.
2. Taking a break from all the other things like cleaning, cooking, laundry and literally everything that is not the top priority.
3. Accepting it and believing that I will get through and tomorrow will be better
