Progression photo... I put on quite a bit of body fat whilst injured for 5-6 weeks last year, so have been cutting to get back to where I should be
I'm really happy with this for 2 reasons:
1: I've gotten a lot stronger since December
2: I weigh 93kg/205lbs in both photos, so have replaced anything lost with muscle.
I would like to get down to about 91kg whilst still getting stronger over the next few months. Squatting double body weight would be nice
