I #travel often within #Malaysia but mostly within #Sarawak. My frequent travel teaches me on #minimalism & to only bring the #essentials . I usually stay in a hotel that provide towels & toiletries so I don't have to bring extra (I tabao those from the hotel tho! ). I'm going to #Penang tomorrow for a 2-day seminar but I extended my trip so I'll have time for sight seeing! Let me show you my #travelessentials for 5 days and 4 nights #workaholiday :
2+1 bras, 6+1 underwears, 1 swimwear
1 shoes (I prefer sneakers)
Travel-size toiletries (1 small soap that can be used for face & body, toothbrush, toothpaste, skincare, make-up, etc)
Powerbank & chargers
Laptop & diary
Wallet to keep your cards, ID & money
Some snacks for travel (optional)
Other gadgets like camera, selfie stick, ipad etc (depending on your interest)
Tips: - Make sure you choose clothes that are of light weight material
- Choose hotels that provide toiletries, towel, hair dryer etc so you have less things to bring. Most budget hotel do provide at least a towel, shampoo & body wash.
- Put a dryer sheet in between used clothes so you can reuse the clothes & they still feels fresh! If you're staying at only 1 place & for more than 5 days then it will be wise to wash them in between the days.
- use travel cubes to compact your clothes
- only bring the most basic of your skincare & makeup
