A microfinance bank based in Ikeja, Lagos, is recruiting to fill the post of HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER at Assistant Manager Level.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives, providing counselling on policies and procedures, hiring, recruiting, training and developing staff
S/He will be monitoring staff performance and attendance, advising line managers
To fit in this role, you must have a BSc in Human Resources or Management Information System, or Business, with a minimum of 3-4years experience preferably in a State or National licensed MFB. In addition, you must possess excellent communication skills, leadership and organization skills, have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently/ a good working knowledge of HRIS and demonstrated skill in database management and record keeping, general knowledge of employment laws and best practices, a certification on CIPM,CIPD will give you additional advantage.
