I stepped in poop to get this picture. 💩
This is Gunner. 💙💙💙 He’s the little 11 lb toy poodle that got me through college, a long distance relationship and many nights of binge watching Netflix.
I rescued him when he was just 6 months old, with no name, and hair about 6 inches longer than this. He looked more like a mop than a dog. His previous owners bred toy poodles for cash and you could tell, didn’t take care of him. Guns was malnourished, and desperate for companionship. He was attached to me from the moment I brought him home and I have learned so much from him. ————————————————————————To be brave no matter what your size. ————————————————————————
To make your own fun. ————————————————————————
To snuggle at the end of the day no matter what happened. ————————————————————————
To make space where you don’t think there’s any. ————————————————————————
To take every opportunity to run. ————————————————————————
To be brave, optimistic and completely present. ———————————————————————— He’s my bestfriend. Love you Goobs. 🐾🐾🐾
