Honestly added frozen Chikoo to my Oatmeal just because it was lying around in the fridge, but this was a 💥. I always add a little water along with Coconut milk, to keep it light. Cover all the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients, cook on LOW flame (tip to make it creamy) for around 5-7 minutes while stirring occasionally - and you’re done! .
Also, Flax seeds are a great source of #omega3fats, #protein, #fibre and other vitamins and minerals. I used to eat them a lot before, and definitely need to re-introduce them to my diet. 🤓
