I don’t think a week goes by at home where we don’t have tacos for lunch or dinner. We go from shrimp and fish, to these buffalo cauliflower ones with creamy labneh, avocado, feta, purple cabbage and cilantro that have the perfect amount of spice🌶
I made the cauliflower in my ActiFry by @tfal_canada by adding just a tablespoon of olive oil and buffalo sauce. In 12 minutes I had crispy & flavourful florets ready for our lunch👌🏽🙌🏽 I’ll be using the rest to top a quinoa bowl later tonight. Recipe for these will be coming up soon!
