Day 2 • Backbend

I choose to practice forearm wheel as my backbend. The wheel certainly helps with opening a little more and as a gauge for my feet to get a little closer to my head today.
Options for backbend is endless, from fishpose, pigeon, standing, camel, etc. Show us what you are working on! You are welcome to use a strap or block/s, books, fitball, wall, pillows, anything- even your kids.
