Strawberry Moringa Chia Pudding
We are leaving for the Dominican Republic in a week and I feel like I still have so much to do! Including pumping a week supply of milk for my little guy. So I’ve been putting moringa in all the things! Not only does it boost milk supply, it provides antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds, improves digestive health by treating stomach ulcers and infections, and is a excellent source of protein, vitamin A, potassium, calcium and vitamin C.
Here’s how I made it
Homemade sprouted almond milk
Vanilla powder or extract
1 tsp moringa
Honey or maple syrup to sweeten (optional)
Pour in a bowl with chia seeds
Let it sit on the counter for 10 minutes
Top with berries or add coconut, nuts, granola!
Eat right away or chill in the fridge
