Day 4 Done AAA
I wasn't ready for this mornings workout !
I thought I was but I was wrong!
Everyday is not a good day. I put forth all of my effort and definitely had to talk my way through my workout. My arms were shaking! Takes effort to hold yourself up in planks and practice the negatives. Each day I will get stronger!
Just because I did this workout before doesn't mean they get easier I get stronger. However, if you don't get enough sleep, eat your preworkout meal, stay hydrated, stretch out sore muscles etc. Then you just might be tired and sore like me.
Take care of yourself stretch, foam roll, Epsom salt bath, get a massage... when you workout hard and you muscles get sore and tight you must stretch them back out and be prepared for the next days workout.
