Totally back on track for workouts after a minor fall off my peddle bike. (Scraped knees and a bruised ego as I hear the seniors (70plus) call out to my husband that I had fallen off my bike just when I thought nobody had seen)

Taking a few days off certainly made it a bit harder to get the 25 minutes in. Well 20 minutes for me I just felt exhausted.
Just remember even if you do a partial workout you will indeed see results( just at a slower pace). The only time you will not See results is when you don’t workout at all.
Tell me if you have ever gone to the gym worked out for a few minutes and left (it’s ok it happens to all of us). Just thought we could have some fun sharing. 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇

The key to abs is
1.) Being in a caloric deficit for a decent amount of time.
2.) Eating the proper foods while still living life.
3.) Lifting weights and getting adequate rest.
4.) BEING FREAKING CONSISTENT WITH ALL OF THESE AND WORKING HARD!!!

That’s it, there isn’t much to it, but people struggle... I struggle with this all the time because we are all human, BUT we all have a choice!!! We can get it done and not complain or don’t believe in ourselves. 🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️

-потянул 180кг на раз в полную амплитуду (НАКАНЕЦТА)
- потянул 140кг на 8 раз, видимо уже был забитый хотя далее>>>
- в наклоне к поясу потянул 110кг на 8 раз
Далее просто добивался чем попало) техника и в становой отсутствует напрочь, кто знает, глядишь и смогу подправить, все таки тело то помнит, как надо. Как я уже говорил, цель - вытянуть 210кг для начала, а дальше будем думать, что нам надо😈

475x3. This was my 1 rep max last training cycle. I felt like I had at least 1 to 2 more reps left in the tank, but when I bent down for the first rep my belt jammed my rib. I thought I had broke it. #deadliftday

Different kind of deadlift session today 🔥 Went for 160kg for 3-5 reps, ended up only getting 1 which is strange because I have got 3 before with this weight. Admittedly my grip strength is not the best and felt the bar slipping on the way up. Next time though I'm aiming for more! 2nd video is just some paused Rep deadlifts 💪 #deadliftday
