Dehydrated pecans with truffle salt!
Soak pecans (or almonds) overnight. Drain and let sit for a bit, in a bowl mix in a little olive oil and truffle salt (or rosemary or oregano). Spread out and put in a dehydrator or the oven at 50 degrees C for 9 - 12 hrs. Store in a jar and snack on. Super yum.
Almonds with rosemary is amazing too!
