SWIPE... 1️⃣hyperextension (3 sets, 15 reps): strengthens your core, lower back, glutes, and hamstrings
2️⃣kneeling squats (4 sets, 10-15 reps): strengthens your lower body & activates your core
3️⃣ Dumbbell RDL (4 sets, 10 reps): strengthens your glutes, hamstrings and lower back muscle mass
