In case anyone needs a refresher about what you can do on your Rest Days...pretty much anything you want! But staying active is a great idea, especially to work out some of your soreness! Swim, bike, run, yoga, walk, dance, or soaking Vitamin D! Be creative and go enjoy your Summer!
