Dokter gizi dr Dian Permatasari, M.Gizi, SpGK, menjelaskan bahwa gizi seimbang berbentuk seperti piramida yang terdiri dari 4 tingkatan. Yang paling bawah adalah nutrisi yang paling penting.⠀

"Di bagian paling bawah adalah karbohidrat untuk memenuhi energi selama seharian, bisa mengonsumsi nasi, mi, spageti sebanyak 3 sampai 4 porsi. Di atasnya ada sayur dan buah disarankan sebanyak kurang lebih 3 porsi sehari," ucapnya dalam seminar nutrisi sehat di kawasan Kebayoran Lama, Jakarta Selatan, Kamis (19/7/2018).⠀

"Kedua paling atas ada protein, di mana terbagi menjadi 2 yakni protein nabati dan protein hewani. Nabati seperti kacang, tahu, dan tempe. Sedangkan protein hewani bisa berasal dari berbagai macam daging, ikan dan susu. Tidak lupa minum 8 gelas air setiap hari," katanya.⠀

"Yang paling atas adalah garam, gula dan lemak. Batasi penggunaan garam kurang lebih 6 gram setiap hari, gula sekitar 5 sampai 9 sendok makan dan lemak. Lemak sebetulnya baik seperti minyak ikan, zaitun dan dari kacang tapi di Indonesia lebih sering yang tidak sehat seperti kelapa sawit," tandasnya.⠀
