Post early morning workout - #breakfast. Breakfast is probably my favorite meal of the day, you can have a sweet or savory breakfast and I just think that’s really cool 😜. .
Stumbled across a motivating Instagram page and saw one of the recipes for oatmeal/banana pancakes. So whipped this up. If you’d like to check it out @cori_fit posted it. Topped these babies with the rest of the banana, some #peanutbutter and syrup, mini chocolate chips and can’t forget the whipped cream. .
Also, been having hot lemon water with a splash of apple cider vinegar cause it’s really been helping my digestion. The apple cider vinegar helps my chronic eye condition. Probably placebo effects on that but since using it I’ve noticed a huge difference so why stop right? .
