Love the dishes they make at Oja, and Korean pancakes are just the best to share. They did not cheap out on the seafood with loads of octopus and shrimps. The homemade dipping sauce is really amazing, a little salty but perfect with the seafood wrapped in green onions and pan fried dough.
We were surprised to get a taste of North Africa at the most unlikely of places- Ypsilanti. The aptly named “Casablanca” serves up traditional Moroccan dishes like this flavorful stew of lamb tagine and bistilla, which is a savory and sweet flaky pie with saffron chicken, orange blossom water and cinnamon.🥧
