Here we are, second theme dinner with the girls of #mainacena
This time has been raffled off the Christmas theme. So weird to celebrate Christmas the 19th July with 29 degrees outside!
It took quite a lot of time to everybody to get everything ready for tonight but definitely it worth when you spend such a great time with great people like them.

Pasta with 5-minute 'green sauce': avocado, a little fresh mint and basil (if you have them), baby spinach, dried oregano, salt, pepper, a spritz of lemon, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes pureed in a food processor or blender with only as much olive oil as you need to get the consistency that you like. Dump over hot pasta & add cherry tomatoes and chicken if you like. Enjoy!
