Drove to SF to turn a hotel conference room into a talk show set. All we needed was a few furniture rentals, a case full of @aputuretech lights, and a smattering of grip gear and we were off to the races! Primary ambience was a 300 D flagged off from talent, and bouncing into the ceiling. Even though they were out of frame, there was a piece of metal that sent a strange reflection off into the wall, so we flagged that off with a dangling piece of paper tape (see story for details). Another 120 D was also bounced into the ceiling to help lift the ambience, and two 120d’s with light domes were used as cross keys. These were flagged off from the talent closest to them to help keep us from flattening out their lighting. And one lightstorm panel is tucked into the plexiglass centerpiece behind the center seat, helping to give it some visual interest since it was translucent.
