What’s your favourite workout?
Many people probably don’t know this about me but I’ve done Muay Thai since I was eight years old. My dad wanted my sister and I to know how to defend ourselves from such an early age but what’s more he wanted us to learn the disciples that come with being a fighter. The hard work, commitment, strength, mindset and the eye of the tiger attitude - preparing us to be anything we wanted to be in this world
Muay Thai is a full body workout which challenges your strength, cardio, resistance, balance, technique, hand/eye coordination and speed.
I have so much love for this sport and the lessons it’s taught me in life!
