Back to oats!
Here's an #OvernightOats recipe for you to try. This was @andrecastano97's version and 🐶 (🐑?):
Soak 1/3 cup of oats for 15 minutes or more, drain and rinse in a colander, mix in a bowl with milk of choice, add chia and flax, cinnamon, vanilla, and sweetener (she used a monk fruit sweetener).
Leave it in the fridge over night (or for at least half an hour)
In the morning add more milk and top with sliced banana, chocolate PB2, and cacao nibs!
Soaking the oats makes them extra creamy 😍 We also like to make this with yogurt for extra probiotics and creaminess!
This recipe is great for the #FollicularPhase because it will give you energy that will last all morning😊
