Want a little meal prep hack?
1. Grab freezer bags and some proteins.
1-2lbs (if you add more just increase recipe below)
•You can even add onions and peppers if you want or other hearty veggies that can handle the freeze and thaw!! 2. Add protein and veggies to the bag.

3. Add 1-2 TBSP Wildtree Grapeseed Oil and 2-3 tsp any one of our blends. Squish around, write on bag what it is, and freeze!
Or use any one of our sauces: 1/4-1/2 cup and so on.
4. Simply freeze them in a BOWL for your Instant Pot Cooking that week.

If you’re anything like me you have one meal that you find a struggle to make healthy!
.
For me it’s breakfast!
.
I would sooooo easy eat croissants everyday! 🥐 And about 18 months ago, it was a BAD habit!
.
Good news, we can break habits with support and guidance! Yay 😃.
.
Now usually I have a high nutrition shake in the morning which keeps me going till lunch and stops any cravings.
.
But I’ve had to stop for a few weeks while the drs look into some other health issues. I’ll be back on it soon thank goodness.
.
In the mean time it’s about NOT falling back to bad ways!
.
So, keep it simple!
.
Weetabix, milk and berries 💖.
Low sugar, low salt, berries are fab & add all the sweetness you need!

Cook once, eat all week - aka - my kinda meal prep 😍❤️👌🏻

I, like many of you, am a creature of habit when it comes to food. And, as much as I tend to eat similar things week after week(because it’s what my body craves & I truly enjoy it) I don’t like to prep an entire weeks worth of meals in one sitting.
.
.
I prefer to bulk prep the separate components then mix & match as the week goes on 👍🏻
.
.
Today I thought Id share a few of my faves for those of you who have been wondering .
.
.
1️⃣ always cook more than you need - proteins & veg - leftovers are life! 🙌🏻
.
2️⃣ Wash/chop greens, fruit & veg so they’re ready to grab & go at a moments notice 👌🏻
.
3️⃣ Keep it simple! Simple = sustainable & that’s where the magic happens ✨
.
.
So what do I do ?! .
.
🍗 Protein - cook (roast or slow cook) an entire chicken - cheap & versatile. This week I used @primalpalate ‘s ranch seasoning 🙌🏻 or just @niulife coconut ghee + garlic, onion pwd, S&P . Add to salads, stuff in tortillas, frittatas, burritos, load it on pizza .... you get the idea! .
.
🥚Eggs - always have hard boiled eggs on hand - steamer basket - 12 mins - ice bath - 5 mins - peel - done! Breakfast, snacks, always handy! .
.
🍠 Veg - sweet potato, carrots, Brussels sprouts, green beans, beets, broccoli, cauliflower , baby toms - toss in coconut oil/ ghee + S&P roast @ 175/350 for 20-40 mins depending on sizes . Eat them with all of the things 😍 .
.
.
🍃 Greens - spinach , kale , cabbage, cukes, capsicum/peppers, sprouts , spiralize zucchini & cauki-rice always - just wash & add a handful to every meal! .
.
🥑 Fats - avocado, always. We also have @mayversfood Tahini + 🍋 , @primalkitchenfoods Mayo & ranch for dressings .
.
🌰 Nuts & seeds for texture & crunch - @myorganicsfoods walnuts (toasted for extra awesomeness), almonds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, pepitas, @pimp.my.salad coconut bacon & Salad sprinkles , @byronbaymuesli & @paleohero Primal muesli are my go-tos ❤️

It’s not fancy, or complicated but it works for us - an hour or 2, once or twice a week - mix & match however you fancy 👌🏻
