Wait, it's possible to train your lower body, you ask in astonishment?!?! 😲
To that wise man's knowledge (mine, motherfucker!), the chest, delts, arms, and back aren't the only muscle groups that comprise the human body.
This wise man (me, motherfucker!) apparently wasn't alone in his thinking that the legs are a muscle group and can be worked out like any other muscle group, as a few people were industrious enough to spend time coming up with shitloads of exercise movements to train them.
Why the fuck would someone want to consider the legs as a muscle group and then set out to invent exercises for their development?
Full of such wisdom, this wise man (me, motherfucker!) believed the answer lay in people wanting a more proportionate body rather than living life like some Johnny Bravo reject.
