Can’t spell LEGENDARY without LEGDAY!! Here are some of the main leg exercises to really hit all the leg muscles. I usually throw in some deadlifts at the end to really work everything. Also superset the leg press with a calf exercise. .
Grind grind time with @m2dubfit what we have here is the wide grip ISO lateral chest press, haven't done this variation in a very long time. I typically do this for a hundred reps doing as many as I can to failure per set. I wanted to give you a full spectrum of me before my lifts what I go through mentally to tap into keep the 100 reps movement going. Beat by @araabmuzik
Saying that I've not been doing that many miles but more working on my legs in the gym. Its all good as you can train endurance and strength into your legs as well as improve your vo2 max through gym leg sessions. Yes it's true.

Today's leg session was @rocksolidgym_ with the brother in law @shearer227 .. all I have to say is wow! What a top quality gym @geofflippett has to offer...the great variety of equipment along with the friendly staff and just all round vibe of the place is fantastic... I will definitely be returning very soon.... today's heaviest squats were... 200kgs - for a pretty easy triple 220kgs - for a single....
