Whether you tell yourself you can or you tell yourself you can’t, you are right!!!
Y’all, I know you think you can’t do that hard thing. Whether it’s doing your workout, eating healthy, applying for your dream job, going back to school, etc., but truth is you can do ANYTHING you put your mind to!! You just have to first ignore those thoughts of “can’t” and convince yourself you CAN!!
Trust me, I still have those thoughts that I can’t. I still get down and out that I’m not enough, but I’ve just gotten really good at proving those thoughts wrong with action. Now, when I know they pop into my head, my brain has PROOF that they’re lies!!
So, I challenge you today to push your limits. If there’s something you’ve been wanting to do, but are convinced you can’t, try taking one small step towards it today! I promise you’ll feel HELLA EMPOWERED!! 💥
