For a lot of people seeing this Red light on. Means hey “I’m fresh as hell and I’ll melt in your mouth” 😂
I use to fall for this all the time, I know cause I’m within walking distance from here. Now I might go once every couple weeks to stay sane, that’s reality. Good ol’ cheat meal.
So for the past couple weeks, unless I really really kill it while I’m training. If I am craving it I will get myself one or two or three 😂. -
Challenge yourself and reward yourself. Look forward to that cheat meal so you can put in that extra work. It’s not bad to want doughnuts, but it’s bad when you just eat them without a purpose!
So I drive by here and the more that I drive by the less I want them. The thing is that I make myself drive by here. But you have to train yourself not to want it. Fitfam this is just a little advice at the end of the day like my boys @officialhodgetwins would say “eat whatever tf you wanna eat” 😂😂😂
