Going back to the basics. Got a dip bar and paralletes to train at home. Finished a push workout at home just takes me back to when I started. Lol i used to do pushups, pullups and situps before bed in high school. I had a lot to prove to myself then and still do.
Been taking care of a lot of things lately and haven’t been consistent with my own workouts. Whenever you find yourself demotivated, remember why you started.
