I recently heard someone talking about this bottle of Multigreens and they said “Take 3 a day for 30 days and then come talk to me.” And I was like umm I need to try that.
I really have no idea what I’ll notice, but here’s some good words about Multigreens that sure have me down to try.
First up, MultiGreens is made with spirulina, alfalfa sprouts, barley grass, bee pollen, eleuthero, Pacific Kelp, and, of course, YL essential oils.
I’m def not eating that every day and probably never going to.
Turns out Multigreens are a natural, sustainable energy source with a ton of big words like bioactive sea vegetables and nutrient dense bee pollen that contribute to our energy levels, immune support, and overall good health.
Pacific Kelp is another one in there that supports thyroid function and helps to keep our hormones balanced and in check. I’m in for that.
