Let’s take it back to when my shoulders were healthy (or should I say healthier than what they are now)
Slowly but surely I’m getting my mobility back in my shoulders. I can’t stress enough how important mobility is to your overall performance! Be sure to stretch, foam roll, use proper form, and work on your muscle imbalances. Lord knows we all have them and the last thing we want is injury or set backs!
