I get it.
I have 5 kids, my husband Joe is a busy supervisor for a plumbing company and works long hours, my twin teenager boys are in drivers ed every Tuesday and Thursday night, and my daughter is in basketball 3-4 times per week. And my 6 and 3 year keep me running on my toes 24/7.
We also have a hobby farm that requires care and time to take care of the animals, and I run a full time online business training and coaching clients to live a healthier lifestyle, plus running 11 bootcamp classes to get others in shape.
I get it, life is busy and chaotic.
I have found that one that I order to be a healthier mom, I need to take time for me.
