Week 2 of early mornings continue. Strength and stability, corework and of course some shadow boxing because #boxingneverstops right!? This week already 2 mornings and it's only Tuesday 😉. It's the small battles that win the big "competition" in the end!!!! And right here makes me so happy. First time doing a pull-up since pre injury over a year ago Thursday. . A: holy shit it's been a year since B: holy shit I can hit two pullups again C: #americanninjawarrior is looking better each day!! Now I know I havent been as crazy as I was before but it's getting better each week on how hard I push myself. It's taken some time but the proof is now in front of me. . I'm so happy to be able to do this again, it's crazy and cool. I was hoping to be able to put in a submission video for American Ninja warrior next season but it was all riding on my shoulder. I'm happy to say I think it's going to be happening :D. . Push yourself every day folks and be patient, the work speaks for itself.
