Chicken and veggies cooked in tomato and garlic and served with basmati rice I made this one up on the spot just using whatever spices/herbs I had in the pantry! The end result was pretty flavoursome I’m rather happy with this one! YUM! #food#dinner#yum#chicken

Home made gluten free crepes !! Step 1 : heat oil in a pan !
Step 2 : mix 4 eggs, 4 ounces of soy milk and 4 ounces of gluten free flour together!
Step 3: pour into a pan and spread evenly around until smooth and thin !
Step 4 : wait until you can see the bubbles appearing and then flip and repeat until cooked !
Step 5: spread your choice of filling into the pan on top of the crepe and allow to melt !
Step 6: fold into quarters and serve !
