Game changing tomato soup two ways.
1. Drink it as soup in the morning.
2. Eat it with pasta for lunch and/or dinner.
This is creamy, garlicky, savoury and sweet.
• Boil tomatoes and peel skin
• Caramelized onions with lots of butter, add garlic in a pot with S&P.
• Throw in tomatoes with water, basil, oregano, cumin, paprika, salt and more pepper.
• Boil for 30 mins, and blend with high-speed blender until smooth with nutritional yeast.
