Last day to navratra fasting.Most of us find it difficult to make singhara chapptis and the poories get too heavy to digest. Water chestnut flour(Singhara atta) chilla with potatoes. Its rich in #potassium and low on #sodium. A good food if suffering from water retention
Mix water to the singhara atta. Add green chilli, coriander leaves(finely chopped), and a half a spoon of rock salt, red pepper powder, coriander powder. Mix it up into a smooth paste.
Heat a non stick pan. Spread like a pancake. Cook on both sides using little ghee. Serve hot!

Serve with tangy pototoes.

The base is an omelette made with:
3 Eggs 🥚, 2 cups of spinach, 3 slices of Turkey 🦃 and a little bit of cheddar. 🧀 ~
The topping is made of mixed leaves salad 🌿 with some cherry tomatoes 🍅, 1/2 avocado 🥑, some mozzarella, 2 small betroots and some mixed seeds. ~
Ideal for dinner and easy to cook and digest.

Milagu kulambu its a south indian receipe very tasty and healthy recipe.
Ingredients :
1.Gingelly oil - 4 tbsp
2.salt - as required
3.water - as required
Masala paste :(roast and paste)
1.oil - 1 tbsp
2.peppercorns - 2 tbsp
3.Toor dal - 1 tbsp
4.cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
5.Urad dal - 1 tbsp
6.Redchili - 3
Seasoning :
1.oil - 3 tbsp
2.mustardseeds - 1 tsp
3.uraddal - 1 tsp
4.cumin seed - 1 tsp
5.garlic - 7

Procedure :
1.Soak tamarind in water for 15 minutes
2.Heat the oil in a pan. Add pepper, red chili and roast it for 3 minutes. Later add toor dal and urad dal and wait till it turns brown colour.
3.Cool down the mixture and grinding with blender thick paste consistency.
4.Heat the oil in a same pan or any vessel.add mustard seeds when it splutter add uraddal.
5.add cumin seeds its sprinkle add garlic roast for 2 mins. after adding tamarind water, ground paste and salt.
6.add required water Cover and simmer cook till the raw smell of tamarind goes off.
7.Allow it boil
8.When it boil, reduce the heat to medium and until the kulambu thickens and leaves oil.
9.Serve with steamed rice

I haven’t posted any of my dinners in awhile but I promise I’ve been eating! Life has just been...well, life. Tonight’s menu consisted of @blueapron Seared Beef Dumplings and Jasmine Rice with Sesame Garlic Bok Choy Salad. It was delicious per usual and super easy to make, 20 minutes tops. And I surprised myself and actually cooked the rice and dumplings to perfection!
