I topped my all time favorite @daveskillerbread plain bagels with @avocadosfrommexico and a sprinkle of freshly cracked pepper, and the other half with goat cheese and basil! Tostada Ezequiel dulce con: mantequilla de maní, mermelada de fresas sin azúcar y mis semillas de hemp que se las hecho a todo, son súper nutritivas.
Tostada Ezequiel salada: ghee, rúcula y un huevo, puedes agregarle aguacate, queso o topping salado que más te guste🙌🏻☺️!!
El pan Ezequiel es excelente opción en sustitución del pan refinado ya que no contiene harina ni azúcar y es bajo en sodio. Este pan es hecho a base de legumbres, granos y cereales germinados aportando así mucha fibra y buena cantidad de proteínas y vitaminas.
👉Lo consiguen en los supermercados en el área de congelados. Pruébenlo, nada que envidarle a los panes comerciales 🙌🏻!!

Tout était parfait, un vrai délice, vraiment digne d'un restaurant gastronomique.
Entrée : Taboulé de quinoa, saumon gravelax et sauce gambas
Plat : Dos de lieu et ses pâtes fraîches et sa sauce aux fruits de mer et ses coques
Dessert : Moelleux au chocolat

Você conhece seus alimentos?

Macronutrientes são a base da alimentação, sendo eles carboidratos (açúcares🍩), lipídios (gorduras🍟) e proteínas (carnes🥩), presentes nos alimentos para o fornecimento de calorias/energia⚡. A energia é utilizada para as funções vitais do organismo: respiração😤, circulação❤, síntese proteica💪🏻, renovação celular🧬 e trabalho físico.

Já os micronutrientes (vitaminas e minerais) também devem estar presentes diariamente, porém a quantidade necessárias são bem menores (miligramas ou microgramas)

Entender um pouco sobre o alimento consumido é o início de uma alimentação saudável, nem todo carboidrato é vilão😈, ao consumidor uma fruta 🍑em sua forma original (crua e com casca quando possível), ocorre a ingestão de açúcares da fruta (frutose) porém também ocorre a ingesta de fibras o que diminuiu a absorção dos carboidratos, além de também conterem diversos micronutrientes, também podemos optar por fontes de carboidratos integrais🍠, contendo maior teor de fibras e menor índice glicêmico (fique de o olho que falaremos disso em outro post).

Outro exemplo é que nem todo lipídio é ruim, consuma fontes de gorduras do bem, como azeite extravirgem, abacate🥑, coco fresco🥥, castanhas e nozes🌰 em quantidades moderadas.

Para indivíduos adultos saudáveis, a recomendação média é de que o consumo de nutrientes não ultrapasse os seguintes valores:

Carboidratos – 55% das calorias consumidas.

Gorduras – 35% das colorias consumidas.
.
Proteínas – 20% das colorias consumidas.
.
Atente-se de que a soma é maior do que 100% , porque são valores estimados. .

PROPIEDADES NUTRITIVAS DEL TOMATE.

El tomate es un alimento poco energético que aporta apenas 20 calorías por 100 gramos. Su componente mayoritario es el agua, seguido de los hidratos de carbono.

Se considera una fruta-hortaliza, ya que su aporte de azúcares simples es superior al de otras verduras, lo que le confiere un ligero sabor dulce.

Es una fuente interesante de fibra, minerales como el potasio y el fósforo, y de vitaminas, entre las que destacan la C, E, provitamina A y vitaminas del grupo B, en especial B1 y niacina o B3. Además, presenta un alto contenido en carotenos como el licopeno, pigmento natural que aporta al tomate su color rojo característico.
La vitamina E, al igual que la C, tiene acción antioxidante, y ésta última además interviene en la formación de colágeno, glóbulos rojos, huesos y dientes. También favorece la absorción del hierro de los alimentos y aumenta la resistencia frente las infecciones.

La vitamina A es esencial para la visión, el buen estado de la piel, el cabello, las mucosas, los huesos y para el buen funcionamiento del sistema inmunológico, además de tener propiedades antioxidantes.

La niacina o vitamina B3 actúa en el funcionamiento del sistema digestivo, el buen estado de la piel, el sistema nervioso y en la conversión de los alimentos en energía.
