😍😋 Caramel Frappuccino under 2 net carbs 🙌 #ketosnacks .
8 oz frozen coffee (I used an ice tray)
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (you can also use regular milk or heavy cream)
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp heavy cream
2 tbsp + 1 tsp erythritol
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: sugar free heavy whipping cream .
Add 2 TBSP butter to stove on medium heat until it turns golden brown, then add 1 tsp erythritol, 1/8 tsp vanilla extract and 2 TBSP heavy cream, then turn heat down and let the erythritol dissolve.
Once it becomes sticky and thickens, blend it, remove from blender, & set aside. This is the caramel.
Put coffee, milk, half of the caramel, 2 TBSP erythritol, & 1/8 tsp vanilla extract into the blender and blend.
Pour into cup and add whipping cream to the top and drizzle the rest of the caramel on that
recipe makes 1 serving
