My version of low carb chili! Ground beef, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, beef stock, tomatoes, tomato sauce and a crap ton of seasonings. It’s the only carbs I am eating today, and it’s perfect. I added some shredded cheese and more onions on top, along with crumbled up “homemade cheez its”! Tomatoes are one of my most favorite things in the world so it makes me happy eating them!!
