🧡 The might of Chia Seeds. Experience them crunchy or as a soft gel. They work best mixed with other ingredients. Did you know they are a species of the mint family? If you are using them for the first time, go easy, some people can be allergic. Chia seeds are a good source of complete protein, omega-3 fats and fibre.
My worthwhile spiced infused good pud. To make: use just under a cup of a Chia (say three quarters) add to 2 Cups of Rice Milk. Then mix 3 teaspoons of Carob powder in warm water, add ground vanilla, a teaspoon of ginger juice, sts Everyday spice blend. Add to the chia seeds mix and stir well. Refrigerate for an hour or more. The mixture once thickened is ready to decorate. I used sliced mango, coconut yoghurt and a juicy strawberry (Makes for a good breakfast!)
⚕️Now for the the health part: good for the brain, bones, teeth, blood pressure and cholesterol.
