Constipation is a common issue that affects millions of people. However, not everyone takes it seriously. This issue causes the sensation of heaviness and pain in the stomach which are caused by the accumulated waste in our intestines. The feces, in general, accumulate in the colon, the organ that occupies to facilitate the process of digestion, so it depends on our body to keep functioning optimally in terms of the digestive system we speak. When the colon is dirty, we observe some symptoms like tiredness, bad breath, headaches, constipation, inflammation of the abdomen, weak immune system, stomach pains, lack of appetite, diarrhea, nausea, and dizziness.
INGREDIENTS:

2 tablespoons of aloe Vera gel

1 lemon

1L of water

Honey (optional)

PREPARATION METHOD:
Squeeze the lemon into all its juice and reserve in a container.
Open the aloe Vera stalk and with the help of a soup spoon, extract 2 tablespoons of the aloe Vera gel.
Add aloe Vera to the blender and lemon and 2 glasses of water.
Once ready, mix it with the remaining water and that’s it.
If you do not like the taste, you can sweeten it with 1 teaspoon of honey.

MODE OF USE:
Take this shake on an empty stomach and eat after 30 minutes, and drink another glass 30 minutes after each of the following meals. Now that you know this recipe, put it into practice and take advantage of its benefits.

Essa receita é super simples! E a dica é: Consuma no hora, não deixe pra comer depois, se não ele fica um pouco durinho!

Anota aí:
Pão de queijo Fit
.
INGREDIENTES
– 4 inhames médios (250g de inhame cozido – cerca de 1 1/2 xícara (chá))
– 1/2 xícara (chá) de polvilho doce
– 1 xícara (chá) de queijo ralado
-3 col (sopa) azeite .
PREPARO
1- Descasque os inhames e cozinhe-os em água até que fiquem bem macios.
2- Esprema-os até que fique um purê e espere esfriar.
3- Adicione o polvilho doce e o queijo ralado e o azeite e misture bem para formar uma massa única.
4- Modele bolinhas do tamanho de uma bola de golfe e disponha em uma assadeira.
5- Leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 180ºC por 50 minutos ou até que estejam levemente dourados.

É muito fácil! Vamos lá
✔️Ingredientes:
– 1 lata de milho
– 1 colher de sopa (15g) de  farinha de aveia (pode ser de castanha, ou amêndoa, ou de coco).
– 300 ml de leite desnatado (pode ser leite vegetal)
– Sal marinho e pimenta do reino à gosto
.
✔️Preparo:
- Bata 2/3 da lata do milho com o restante dos ingredientes!
- Coloque a mistura em uma panela e aqueça até formar um creme.
- Incorpore o restante do milho ao creme. Assim da pra sentir os milhos inteiros (eu adoro, se não gostar pode bater todo o milho)!
- Prontinho! Sucesso!

Needed something quick, easy, and fresh🌿 after spending most of the day outside in this 90 degree heat🔥

Picked up some Greek salad from @newseasonsmarket (because it looked too dang good to pass up😍) and paired it with a @hilaryseatwell burg + fried egg🍳 + and some fresh greens🍃 & micros🌱 for an easy 5 min din.

Spent the afternoon at Veg festival which was fun getting to see some of my favorite companies🤗 Then went to a going away get together this evening with my good friends❤️

Sopa de Cenoura e gengibre
.
Ingredientes
.
5 cenouras
1 cebola
2 dentes de alho
1 1/2 litro de água aproximadamente
2 colheres de sopa de azeite
Sal marinho e pimenta a gosto
Ervas desidratadas a gosto: orégano, tomilho, alecrim, noz moscada… páprica, enfim, o que você gostar e tiver disponível em casa.
1 colher de sopa de gengibre fresco ralado

Preparo:
.
Em uma panela grande, aqueça o azeite e refogue a cebola e o alho rapidamente.
.
Acrescente as cenouras e cerca de 1 litro e meio de água, junte o sal,  a pimenta e todos os outros temperos que você escolheu, exceto o gengibre.
.
Cozinhe até que as cenouras estejam macias. Retire as cenouras da panela com uma escumadeira, coloque no liquidificador e aos poucos, com uma concha, acrescente a água temperada do cozimento, bata até atingir a cremosidade ideal, nem muito rala, nem muito espessa. Adicione o gengibre ralado aos poucos, cuidado que o gengibre pega muito sabor! Vá aos poucos!

✔️BOLO BROWNIE SEM AÇÚCAR

INGREDIENTES
150g de chocolate + de 70% cacau
70g de manteiga sem sal, ou manteiga Ghee, ou óleo de coco
3 ovos inteiros
1 xícara (chá) de farinha de amêndoas, ou de castanha ou de coco
1 1/2 colher (sopa) de cacau em pó sem açúcar
1 pitada de sal

PREPARO
.
Preaqueça o forno a 175 graus.
.
Forre uma forma (usei 20x20cm) com papel manteiga, ou unte com a manteiga ou óleo de coco
.
Comece derretendo o chocolate no microondas, ou banho-maria, junto com a manteiga.
.
Mexa o suficiente para homogeneizar tudo muito bem. Reserve e deixe esfriar.
.
Misture a farinha de amêndoas, o cacau e o sal em uma vasilha.
.
Bata os 3 ovos inteiros na batedeira até dobrar de volume.
.
Vire o chocolate na mistura de ovos e mexa delicadamente.
.
Acrescente os ingredientes líquidos devagar! Se for adicionar nozes, vire na massa nesse momento.
.
Coloque tudo na assadeira e distribua as colheradas da pasta de amendoim por cima. Use um palito para espalhar bem.
.
Leve ao forno por no máximo 25 minutos.
.
O brownie precisa sair cremoso do forno. Espere esfriar para cortar.

Vamos a receita de picolé de banana!

INGREDIENTES
- 3 bananas maduras picadas em rodelas e congeladas
- 1 1/2 xíc. de leite de coco
- 3 colheres de sopa de cacau sem açúcar - 1 colher de sopa de estévia em pó ou Xylitol (ou melado de cana, ou açúcar de coco ou mel)

PREPARO:
Bata tudo no liquidificador ou no processador de alimentos até que fique homogêneo. Despeje nas forminhas de picolé e leve ao freezer.

Gente, se não tiver as forminhas pode colocar na forma de gelo com palitos! Mas super recomendo que comprem! Vale muito a pena!

2 bananas maduras (prefira a prata ou a ouro)
1 1/2 Xic de coco ralado não adoçado
1/2 xic de nozes ou amêndoas, oi castanhas, ou amendoim
1/2 xic lascas de chocolate sem açúcar, ou uvas passas sem açúcar

PREPARO

Pré-aqueça o forno a 250 e unte uma assadeira com manteiga sem sal, ou óleo de coco ou manteiga Ghee
.
Em uma tigela, amasse as bananas, misture os ingredientes restantes.
.
Faça bolinhas com a massa (eu uso 1 col de sopa como referência para o tamanho).
.
Coloque-as na assadeira e amasse com à parte de traz de um garfo ou colher ou o dedo mesmo! 😉
.
Asse por 15 minutos e deixe esfriar por alguns minutos antes de comer.

200g de coco ralado (sem açúcar)
3 ovos
80g de Xylitol

✔️Preparo
Colocar o leite de coco, o creme de leite e o coco ralado em uma panela em fogo médio e misturar bem;
Adicionar os ovos e o adoçante;
Misturar até obter uma massa homogênea;
Continuar mexendo até que a mistura comece a grudar de leve no fundo da panela;
Desligar o fogo;
Distribuir a massa no formato desejado por sobre uma forma untada com óleo de coco ou forrada com papel manteiga;
Levar ao forno preaquecido em temperatura média (180ºC) por cerca de 12 a 25 minutos (sempre olhando para garantir que não queime) até o ponto desejado;
Retirar e servir.

INGREDIENTES
3 ovos
2 col. de sopa de amêndoas batidas no liquidificador
2 col. de sopa de linhaça dourada
1 xíc. de farinha de coco
1 a 2 xícaras de água (o quanto for suficiente para bater)
1 col. de sopa de farinha de aveia ou de farinha de arroz integral para dar a liga
Ervas de sua preferência
1 col. de sopa de azeite
1 col. de sobremesa de fermento de bolo

PREPARO
Bata tudo no liquidificador, acrescentando os ingredientes e batendo na ordem listada. Unte e enfarinhe uma forma de pão e coloque a massa. Você pode despejar metade da massa, salpiquei alguma semente de sua preferência, como a de girassol tostada, nozes, castanhas, etc. Depois, coloque o restante da massa. Por cima, também vale colocar mais algumas sementinhas. No forno pré-aquecido, asse a 180C por 40 minutos aproximadamente.

Caldinho de feijão Saudável e Saboroso

INGREDIENTES
250g de feijão
1 cebola grande picada
1 dente de alho amassado
1 aipo picado
1 cenoura em rodelas
4 tomates pelados em pedaços
Suco de 1/2 limão
1 folha de louro
Sal, pimenta e raspas de casca de limão a gosto
2 colheres (sopa) de salsa picada

PREPARO
Em uma tigela, coloque o feijão, cubra com água e deixe de molho por 12 horas.
Escorra o feijão, coloque na panela de pressão e acrescente os outros ingredientes, menos a salsa.
Cubra com água, tampe a panela e deixe cozinhar por 30 minutos após pegar pressão.
Retire do fogo, espere a pressão sair espontâneamente, retire a folha de louro e mantenha em fogo baixo com a panela destampada até o caldo engrossar.
Salpique a salsa picada e sirva quente.
Rendimento: 6porções
