While eating in Europe I may not always eat like I do at home for numerous reasons. For one the food I have access to is either so yummy looking, oh my need to try this, or as they say “when in Rome.....”. To keep a balance- as mentioned before- I try to add fresh veggies (raw or cooked) and fresh local fruit.
Exercise? Well in Rome we did over 20,000 steps a day. When I can I walk to stores or to enjoy the country side.
As far as other aspects- friends, my down time, meditation, home, and career ( being retired is a career too!) - keeping it all balanced is key.

My sleep is the best right now, over all I feel happy and relaxed.
