Coriander Chilli Butter! As with my Dill Garlic Butter, I have frozen this in slices, so that I can easily add a slice to meals for an extra boost of flavour for those who like it spicy & herby! (I.e. not the kids)
Let’s go blueberries, let’s go! Just cheering my blueberries along, because organic blueberries are pretty expensive, so I can’t wait to start harvesting these. Last year I found that they took SO long to finally be ripe, and then cropped in smaller amounts but it went for weeks. Not what I expected. When we did have more than we could eat immediately I froze them. Just use a freezer proof container or ziplock bag, and keep adding handfuls to it. What is your favourite way to use blueberries? I like mine on ice cream, or I add frozen blueberries to mojitos!
