• 1 Cup Non-Dairy Milk, unsweetened
• 2 Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
• 2 Cups All Purpose Flour
• 1 Tsp Baking Powder
• 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
• 1/4 Tsp Salt
• 1/4 Cup Vegan butter, melted
• 1/4 Cup Coconut oil, melted
• 3/4 Cup vegan white sugar
• 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract • 1 Tbsp Cacao Powder • 1 Tbsp Non-Dairy Milk
• 1 Cup vegan Dark Chocolate
• 2 Tbsp Vegan Butter
• 3 Tbsp Non-Dairy Milk
• 3 Maple Syrup
1.Preheat oven to 325F. Line Loaf pan with parchment paper.
2.In a large bowl, combine milk and apple cider vinegar. Set aside.
3.In a separate bowl, sift in your flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir to combine.
4.Add butter, coconut oil, sugar, and vanilla extract to milk and apple cider vinegar. Whisk to combine.
5.Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients until combined. Divide 1/3 of the batter into a separate bowl.
6.Add cacao powder and milk to the 1/3 batter. Fold to combined.
7.Spoon in both mixtures into loaf pan. Alternating between vanilla and chocolate batter. Use a toothpick to swirl around to give you that marble effect.
8.Bake in the oven for 45-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
9.Let it cool completely before removing from loaf pan.
10.To make icing, combine all ingredients in a bowl and melt over a double boiler. Once all combined spread over your marble loaf and let it set.
11.Slice into it and enjoy!
