Monday night dinner feat. a 2 minute throw together! ~
After a long day I can’t be bothered slaving over a stove so I keep it simple Monday to Friday! On Sunday’s I prep some meals. Yesterday I made a big batch of chicken patties with coriander, ginger and garlic to have through the week.
