Here we’ve mixed the pairing of the month into some blood orange jam and poured it over a gorgeous little log of chèvre. You could surround that with just about any accoutrements but we chose fig and olive rye crisps, gluten free rice crackers, persimmon, pear, Granny Smith apple, dried cranberries, candied pecans, finished with a little salt and pepper and a drizzle of the pairing- want a bite?

It's been so cold here in Hatyai and the been raining every morning 🌦 Three things about rain I don't please are dampness, coldness and gloomy light. Tried so hard to adjust the light in these photos to make them look as good as their taste. Still obsessed with cereal balls recipe, today I made the second flavor of it, and guess what, it's a cookie dough flavor! 🍪 They literally replace regular cereal just fine. They 100% healthy, no sugar added and taste like real cookies! 😋 You can also make them crunchy cereals by increase butter/oil content or enjoy it in soft, low-fat version like mine

Kale is a member of the cruciferous family, cabbage, cauliflower, bok choy, collard greens & Brussels sprouts.

👨🏻‍🍳 Sometimes the most daunting part of meal prep is not knowing what to cook. Try this awesome Chickpea and Edamame Salad to mix up your regular kitchen routine!

🥣 Ingredients:
* 1 can chickpeas (15 ounces)
* 1 cup edamame beans
* 1 cup bell peppers finely chopped
* 1/2 cup chopped carrots
* 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
* 1/4 cup dried cranberries
* 1 clove garlic minced
* 1/4 cup olive oil
* 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
* 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
* 1 tsp Italian seasoning
* 1/4 tsp ground cumin
* 1/4 tsp sea salt
* 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

🥣 Instructions:
1.Mix the Dressing: Combine garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, and seasonings in a large bowl; whisk well.

Maple Dijon Salmon
2 4 oz wild caught salmon filets
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 scallion, thinly sliced (or 2 tablespoons chopped red onion)
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Preheat the broiler. Place the rack 8-9 in from the heat source. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet or cast iron pan. In a small bowl, stir together the maple syrup, scallion, Dijon mustard, thyme, salt and chili powder. Brush the maple syrup mixture over the salmon and broil salmon filets until the salmon is just cooked through, about 10 minutes. Take care not to overcook it! Eat! .
