Fuelling my body with nourishing, whole foods is how I practice self-love. I also do so by eating cookies when I crave them. My biggest learning on my journey towards intuitive eating is that depriving myself has far worse implications than the cookie does.
There’s no secret formula or trick to long-term wellness. Its all about balance. It’s as simple as listening to your body and giving it what it needs to thrive. Only you know what your body is craving, and only you know what makes you feel best.
Most importantly, eating well does not need to be boring You don’t need to live off carrots and celery.
Case and point: I am starting off my week basically having dessert for breakfast -> chocolate protein overnight oats. I challenge you to name a better duo than PB and chocolate. I’ll wait
