Low carb diet is never part of my life after realising the science of food and healthy lofe style..Neither high carb diet. Including all kinds of micronutrients at required levels throughout the day is the key. Occasional adjustments depending upon the day's intake is ok. If we avoid a main food group for a long term there is nothing worse than that. Balance is the key. I do fail sometimes ending up eating a ton of rice and just rice for late dinners but that doesn't make me avoid rice or wheat from my diet completely.
