The weekend is a time to relax after a busy week and enjoy some down time. However if you’ve worked hard eating well and training all week it defeats the purpose if you go off your plan on the weekends. Your goals will take a lot longer to achieve. With that said you can still enjoy pancakes in the morning, a nice dinner and some drinks. But keep it within moderation. If you’re not seeing changes in your body after training hard and eating well Monday to Thursday maybe it’s time to look at what you’re doing on the weekends to sabotage your progress.
